Salon/Spa Considerations

For Your Comfort

At Journey Salon & Day Spa we’re committed to providing you with the service you deserve.  Please do not hesitate to speak with one of our staff regarding any questions you may have.

Cell phones should be turned off or on vibrate.  Cell phones are not permitted in the spa.

Our Children’s Policy

For the comfort and safety of our clients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa unless receiving a spa service.

While we welcome children in the hair salon who have an appointment, we do not have the facilities to watch children during their parents’ appointments in the salon.  Children under the age of 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.  Thank you for enabling us to make your time and other’s time at Journey private, peaceful and relaxing.

Cancellations, Changes, and Service Considerations

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a 24-hour notice. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.

Packages requiring multiple services may require scheduling in advance to accommodate your time schedule and specific requests.  Please plan ahead for your spa packages.

Appointments including wedding parties require a credit card at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment.  If you fail to show or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the package. The charge is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future purchases.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for two years from the purchase date. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.


Products may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
