Pregnancy Massage
Our Pregnancy Massage is a full body massage for moms-to be, using safe and effective pre-natal techniques.
Pregnancy Massage is not recommended during the 1st Trimester.
We offer prenatal massage beginning in the second trimester. Guests in their first trimester may be accommodated with written approval from their healthcare provider. Please call to discuss options with our team.

Side-by-Side Massage
Schedule a massage with a spouse, friend, or someone special in a side-by-side suite just for the two of you.

Calm Kids Massage
For guests ages 4–13
Help your little one relax, unwind, and discover the benefits of self-care at an early age. Our Calm Kids Massage is a gentle, nurturing treatment designed especially for children. Using light, soothing techniques and age-appropriate pressure, our licensed massage therapists help ease tension, calm busy minds, and promote better rest — all in a safe and comforting environment.
A weighted lap blanket is used during the massage to enhance relaxation and provide a sense of calm and security. Parents are required to remain in the room throughout the session to ensure comfort for both child and parent.
We recommend starting with a 30-minute session for first-time guests, though a 60-minute option is also available for those who are ready for a longer experience.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a very gentle massage that is used to drain the lymph nodes. This massage is perfect for guests who experience swelling, especially in the legs or arms. Guests with Fibromyalgia or Rheumatoid Arthritis may also experience relief after receiving this massage.
Your Massage Therapist will use light rhythmic movements to stimulate the lymphatic system without pressing hard on the vessel. These motions make the lymph fluid move easily through the nodes and tissues, making sure the fluid doesn't get trapped anywhere.

Cupping Massage
This Signature, full-body massage, incorporates specialized suction cups to ease pain in specific areas.
Suction from cupping draws fluid into the treated area and the suction force expands and breaks open tiny blood vessels (capillaries) under the skin. Your body treats the cupping area like an injury and sends more blood to the area to stimulate the natural healing process.
Please note, while this massage isn't painful, the cupping technique may cause bruising.
