Salt Room (Halotherapy)
What is Halotherapy?
Experience true relaxation in our Halotherapy room (Salt Cave), complete with reclining chairs, a gorgeous starlight ceiling, and a Himalayan salt floor. Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, uses a Halogenerator to vaporize pure salt into the air so it can be breathed deep into the lungs. Each 45-minute Halotherapy session promotes deep relaxation and offers many therapeutic benefits.

What can I expect?
You have the opportunity to relax in a comfortable chair in our Halotherapy room for forty-five minutes while you breathe in the salty air. You can close your eyes, listen to relaxing music or place the provided earplugs in your ears to block out all sounds.

What Should I Wear?
No special clothing is required and there is no need to change before or after your session.
You may end up with a little salt on your clothing, but it brushes off easily.

What should I NOT bring?
Phones are not permitted in the Halotherapy room due to the risk of salt damage, and to promote relaxation. Please leave your phone at home or locked in your car. You are also welcome to leave it at our front desk while you enjoy your session. Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the Halotherapy room.
Contraindications
Halotherapy is not meant to be a replacement for any medication or medical treatment but is a complement to traditional medicine techniques.
Contraindications Include: Any kind of infectious or contagious disease, acute stages of a respiratory disease, cardiac insufficiency, COPD with 3rd stage of chronic lung insufficiency, coughing of blood/bleeding, infections accompanied by fever, any form or stage of tuberculosis, high blood pressure/hypertension in stage 2, hyperthyroidism, intoxication. If in question, please consult a physician prior to experiencing Halotherapy.
