At Journey Salon & Day Spa we welcome Service Animals, but for the safety and comfort of all guests, Emotional Support Animals and non-service animals are not permitted in the building. Under federal law, service animals are dogs or miniature horses trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs, pets, and other animals whose sole function is to provide comfort, companionship, or emotional support do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted in Journey.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, 50% of the service charge will be charged to the card on file.
If a guest fails to show for their appointment, 100% of the service charge will be charged to the card on file. The charge is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future purchases.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, while we welcome children, those under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service. Thank you for enabling us to make your time and others’ time at Journey private, peaceful, and relaxing.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift cards expire 5 years after date of purchase.
Returns & Policies
Hair products may be returned within 30 days, and all other products within 14 days for a refund/exchange. Skin care products may not be returned or exchanged once opened.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We request that cell phones be turned off or on vibrate while you receive a service in our salon or spa.
A late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service or the need to reschedule your service.
Booking an Appointment
A credit card or gift card is required to be on file before an appointment may be booked. The card will not be charged until after the service is complete.
